DTI- Cotabato City held an orientation of their Negosyo Center and introduction of BPO, specifically Virtual Assistant basic skills needed and tools. Also the speaker Ms. Piper Ramboanga, a well renowned character in the Outsourcing Field told us that she can give basic trainings to individuals who are interested to be a VA as long as they reaches quota for trainees. Her company is based in DAVAO CITY, so she may need enough applicants who are willing and after the 3-day course. This will cover enough skills for a VA to be competitive in the market.
